1.    Delivery time
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Under normal circumstances your order should arrive within 7 days of dispatch.

3.    Payment
For orders via credit card, payments for items which cannot be delivered will be reimbursed.

6.    Exchange and Returns
All items may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the item. This is only valid if the goods are in their original condition, i.e. the tags have not been removed and the product has not been used. Enclosed with your goods are a claims and returns form and a UPS returns label. You need to call your local UPS service centre to arrange for them to collect the goods you would like to return. Please also ensure you complete the claims and returns form with your reason for return and send back with the goods.

7.    Tips and instructions for returns:
Due to hygienic reasons, textiles can only be returned if they are dean. Items that are not dean will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. Please note that AGCO GmbH and the manufacturer assume no liability for user-caused damage through falls, natural wear, improper use and lack of or improper care. The care instructions on the tag inside the garment must be observed when washing. When washing in the washing machine, the clothing must be turned inside out, zips and Velcro closures must be closed, pockets emptied. Pilling is not a product defect and will not be recognised as such by the manufacturer when returning items. The surface of the fabric is roughened in those areas, because it has been in constant (rubbing) with harder materials.   

8.    Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
